Most parlays are built backward.

People stack aggressive player lines because the payout looks exciting.

I would rather lower those lines to numbers the players reach consistently, then combine only a few of them.

The individual payout drops, but so does the amount of perfection required.

The goal is not to build the biggest ticket possible. It is to create a realistic path to around +100.

I hate parlays, but this is the one kind I actually like. Instead of taking aggressive player lines, I lower the targets to numbers they reach consistently. If a running back's main line is 74 and 1/2 rushing yards, I might go lower to 50 or 60 yards. If a receiver's main line is 5 and 1/2 catches, I might lower it to three or four. The payout drops, but now I'm building around outcomes that are far more likely to happen. Then I combine a few of those safer alternative numbers together, and the goal is not to chase a massive payout. The goal is to use the matchup rule and past results to find realistic targets.
