Winning gone BAD
The matchup is screaming yes. The price is quietly telling you no.
A player can have every advantage you are looking for and still be a bad bet.
The problem is that the sportsbook can see the same matchup.
When those advantages are already built into the odds, you are paying a premium for something everyone expects to happen.
Do not only ask whether the player will perform well.
Ask whether he can outperform what the market has already priced in.
