Kevin Stefanski takes over as head coach after Raheem Morris was
fired and Stefanski has a history of QB room chaos. The
quarterback situation is a mess: Michael Penix and Tua Tagovailoa
are both injury-prone, and neither gives you the consistency you
need to hit 8 wins.

On offense, Drake London and Kyle Pitts both got extensions. The team lost Kaden Ellis (leading tackler), Tyler Allgiere at running back, and has real question marks
at the line of scrimmage.

The schedule doesn't do them any favors either.

This roster isn't a playoff roster. And with a new coach, an
injury-prone QB room, and key defensive losses.
