Myles Garrett is gone. Traded to the Rams. That alone changes the identity of this defense. Jared Verse comes in and he fits the youth movement but Garrett is a future Hall of Famer.

The offensive line lost Jack Conklin, Cam Robinson, Joel Bitonio to retirement, and Wyatt Teller. Four starters.

Todd Monken takes over for Kevin Stefanski as head coach. He's a player's coach and has won over the locker room but this is a rebuild.

The quarterback room is a mess. Is it Deshaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders? If Dylan Gabriel sees the field this season things have gone completely off the rails.

Jerry Jeudy was skipping optional practices until the Browns drafted CJ Conception and Denzel Boston early. Now he's magically showing up. The receiver room upgraded on paper. Harold Fannin Jr. steps into the Njoku role without much drop-off. Quinton Judkins and Taylon Green are young pieces with promise.

The schedule is brutal. Jaguars, Bucs, Panthers, Steelers, Jets, Ravens, Titans, Saints, Texans, Raiders, Bengals, Falcons, Giants, Colts. Even finding five wins requires optimistic math. The pick is UNDER.
