Dre Greenlaw is the big loss on defense. He was the tone-setter and replacing that kind of presence isn't easy. John Franklin Myers is also gone but Greenlaw stings the most. The Broncos didn't sit still though. Trading for Jaylen Waddle gives Bo Nix a legitimate weapon in the receiver room and the offense needed it.

JK Dobbins is back and when healthy he's one of the most consistent backs in the league. The run game should be a strength and that takes pressure off Nix in year two. The offense has the pieces to be above average and Sean Payton knows how to scheme guys open.

The schedule is manageable and the defense still has enough talent to keep games close even without Greenlaw. The path to 10 wins is clear. Eleven isn't a stretch and 12 isn't out of the question if things break right. The pick is OVER 9.5 at -120.
