Five and a half wins is a low bar. This Raiders team still goes under it.

Fernando Mendoza is the future after going first overall, but Kirk Cousins starts in 2026. Ashton Jenty and Brock Bowers are the only real weapons on offense. The offensive line got help — Tyler Linderbomb was a really good signing — but this roster is still thin across the board.

The game-by-game breakdown landed at three wins. Three. Dolphins, Jets, Cardinals. That's it. The division is strong, the schedule is brutal, and even with Maxx Crosby and Quay Walker on defense, this group doesn't have enough talent to scrape together six wins.
