The Rams are my favorite to win the Super Bowl this year. That means I am taking the over on 11.5 wins.

The defense made massive moves this offseason. Trading for Myles Garrett was huge. Then they added Trent McDuffy and Jaylen Watson from the Chiefs. That is a massive win for their secondary. Poona Ford and Cam Curl round out a unit that looks tough on paper.

On offense, Matthew Stafford is still QB1. Kyren Williams and Blake Corum give them one of the best one-two punches at running back. Williams has hit 50 rushing yards in 39 of his last 40 games. Puka Nacua and Davante Adams at receiver. Colby Parkinson and Tyler Higbee at tight end. The offensive line is the one weak spot, but this offense is loaded.

The game-by-game breakdown landed at 13 wins. The only projected loss was at San Francisco late in the season. If the offensive line holds up, this team is a legitimate Super Bowl contender.
