NFL Week 1 Picks and Predictions 2026 | EVERY Game

NFL is officially here. I'm going to go over my week one leans, my picks, who I think's going to cover the spread, maybe some over and unders. We're going to go through each game. Had a really good NFL season with my leans last year. There were weeks where I got every single lean right. So hopefully we have a few of those weeks this season. These are not my official plays that I'm rolling with. If you want those, they're in the dub club. Links down below. Just go and join in the link below. And so, we're going to go through each game and looking at these odds. You can get odds that are a lot better than this if you're using an app like Profitex. And I'm telling you, this adds up a ton over the season. If you were to add up the difference between taking the best line available and just taking whatever line is available, trust me, I know you are loyal to your book. For example, I like FanDuel. I really do like FanDuel. I love the app. I love how it's set up, but they offer terrible odds. And when you start line shopping, that can be the difference between turning a profit and losing money. So, if you have a sports book that you use, always check different sports books, find the best line, really change the game for you. If you have not been odd shopping, you're going to notice that your profits, the money that you put in your pocket is going to be more if you start odd shopping. So, first game we have the Patriots at Seahawks. The line is minus three and a half. I really like the Seahawks in this one. Patriots had a little bit of a noisy off season with Vrabel.

And, you know, I love Drake May. I think he's going to have a killer year, but the Seahawks, they did lose some in the offseason, but I like them. I like taking them better on the money line in this taking the Seahawks money line and maybe player prop or something to throw in there as well. I just think the Seahawks are going to handle the uh Patriots. You know, there's always the worry of the Super Bowl hangover, but I think that the Seahawks take this game. Next, we have our Thursday night game. 49ers at Rams. Rams opened at minus two and a half. Now, they're at minus three and a half. And I think the Rams, ever since they got Aaron Donald first, they got Miles Garrett.

Now that they have Aaron Donald, I think they're going to be a problem. And the 49ers, they've had a lot of injuries in camp. Of course, KD got injured last year, but in camp they had a lot of injuries. Christian McAffrey is coming off a a season where he had over 400 touches, and whenever he's had a season like that in his career, he's had a down season. In the two seasons combined where he had that much of a workload, he had played only like seven combined games and had seasons full of injuries. So, early in the season, a lot of players are going to be healthy, but I still like the Rams in this one.

I do think they can cover a two and a half. I like the alternate two and a half. The line already moved, so you're getting a worse line than it opened at, but you can take them on the money line minus two and a half paired again with player prop or maybe a total, but I do like the Rams in this one, beating the 49ers. Moving on to Sunday, we have the Falcons at the Steelers. I like the Steelers in this one. Again, the line moved uh to minus three and a half. I like the Steelers minus two and a half even on the money line. I think the Falcons are really going to struggle this year. for Kevin Stfansky coming over, a new coach coaching his first game, but the Steelers also have a new coach in Mike McCarthy.

I think Mike McCarthy will fit in well there. I know some Steelers fans weren't happy about that hire at first. I think uh he won a lot of fans over. So, I do like uh do like the Steelers in this one. I think they're going to have a decent season. Then we got the Baltimore Ravens at the Colts. I think the Ravens are going to win this one. I think the Ravens are going to be good this year. It's going to depend if Lamar Jackson stays healthy, but right now Ravens are healthy. I like the Ravens on the money line paired with some player props. Uh definitely could be a good move in that one just to get just and when I say pair it with something else, usually I'm referring to getting it to around plus 100 odds.

You don't want to be putting together crazy parlays. You can. I like playing on Sunday. I like sprinkling in a parlay, having a parlay, but then I do a lot of different straight plays uh paired with that parlay. That way, if the parlay loses, get my long shot in, but I'm not relying on it. It can lose and I can still be profitable on the weekend, so we don't always want to rely on parlays. Next, we have the Bills at Texans. I think the Texans are going to be good this year. I don't mind taking the Texans on the money line. They are at home. Uh the Bills, they're they're going to be good. I think they're definitely going to be good.

especially in their division. They're going to make the playoffs, but the Texans, I think, are going to be good. That defense is nasty, nasty. Demo Ryan's defensive minded coach. I think this one could be lowcoring as well. Uh, it's just going to depend on CJ Strad. I was tough on him when I did my Texans team video. Uh, he was rough in the playoffs, but we'll see how he looks this year, but I still think they can get it done with that defense. Next, we have the Bears at the Panthers. I like the Bears in this one. The Bears are going to be good this year. I think the Bears are going to be good.

They definitely need one of their receivers to step up. Whether it be Roma Dunay or Luther Burden, I'm not high on the receivers. I don't love their receivers, but I'm big on Swift this year. I think Swift common guy. He has been hurt, but I think Swift with their run scheme, I think they'll take care of this one. Next, we have the Cleveland Browns at the Jacksonville Jaguars. Got a big spread on this one at minus seven, but I I don't see the Browns winning this one. I think the Jaguars will win this, but it's a big spread. I don't love this game. I'll probably stay away from it. If anything, if you're doing a parlay with teams, throwing the Jaguars in there, if you can get better than the minus 410, I usually I mean, in a parlay, I might throw in odds like that, but I usually like them better than minus 400.

So, I do think the Jags will win that game. Next, we have the Saints at Lions. We got another big spread. I like the Saints plus seven on this one. I think the Saints are going to be tough this year. I think the Lions are going to be good as well, but I think the Saints are going to be a lot better than people think. So, I like this one being a closer game. I like the Saints plus seven in this one. I don't love them on the money line, but uh if you wanted to take a flyer, uh be my guest. Next, we got the Jets at Titans. Got a minus three and then it moved to minus one and a half on the Titans side.

I like the Titans in this one, especially on the minus one and a half or taking them on the money line. I think the Jets are going to struggle this year. They got Gino Smith at quarterback. Uh the Titans, the reason the line probably moves is the Titans have had a rough training camp in preeason. Uh but I still think they're going to be okay. They still got weapons bringing in Carnell Tate in the draft. I'm not that high on Tate either. I kind of picked him apart. I'm an Ohio State fan and I think Carnell Tate is not going to be as good as people think. I think he's still going to be a good receiver and have a long career.

I just don't think he's going to be one of the top receivers in the league like some people mention, but I do like the Titans in this one on the money line or minus one and a half. Next, we have the Tampa Bay Bucks at the Bengals. Now, the Bengals have struggled in week one heavily. They have not had good luck in the first few games of their season, the last five years or so. So, taking the Bucks plus three and a half wouldn't be terrible. I don't love this game. I might stay away from it. The Bengals are just loaded on offense, but I think their defense is going to struggle. They just do not have a good defense.

I think this one could be a high-scoring game. I don't love the 50 and a half, but I could see this game going over. Uh, so I mean, if I had to pick, I would pick I would take the Bucks on an alternate spread, but I probably will stay away from I might player props in this game, but I'll probably stay away from anything other than the total. I think it'll be high scoring, though. Two offenses that can put up points and some defenses that definitely can give up some points. Next, we have the Arizona Cardinals at the Chargers. Another big spread. Minus 11 and a half open. Now it's at 10 and a half.

I still don't love laying that that big of a spread. I probably will stay away from the uh the spread in this one. However, the Cardinals are going to be pretty terrible this year and the Chargers I think are going to be better. They had tons of line issues last year and their top offensive linemen were hurt. But them having Slater and Joe Alt healthy, you know, their tackles, I think that their line could be a lot better this year. And if that line stays healthy, I think Herbert can do his thing. Amarian Hampton. Uh I do like the Chargers definitely to win this game. Don't love the big spread though.

Next we have the Packers at the Vikings. I like the Vikings in this one. I like them at minus one and a half or even taking them on the money line. I think the Vikings are going to be better than people think. Kyler Murray gets a lot of hate, but you got to think he was with the Cardinals. Uh, and you put any somewhat serviceable quarterback with the Vikings and they're going to do their thing. I know that they had their struggles last year with JJ McCarthy. I think Kyler is way better than JJ McCarthy. JJ McCarthy coming out of Michigan. You look at Michigan quarterbacks who have come in the NFL.

I mean, since Tom Brady, they really have not had success. I didn't think JJ McCarthy would be good in the first place. Uh, but I think Kyler is very underrated. I think the Vikings, they're well coached. Kevin Oonnell is a great coach, so I think the Vikings are going to be pretty good and I think they could finish ahead of the Packers in the division this year, but I'm leaning towards the Vikings in that one. Next, we have the Miami Dolphins at the Raiders. I think both teams are going to struggle, but I got to give the Raiders the edge in this one. We'll see how Malik Wills looks this year.

It's going to be kind of a wild card. We haven't seen a ton of them. He's shown enough to get him a good contract, but you got Kurt Cousins starting for the Raiders. I think they're going to be okay. Their run game with Genty now, they're saying he's healthy. I still think, you know, his ankle might affect him. Their rookie Washington, Mike Washington Jr. had a killer preseason. He looked really good. So, even if Genty's out, I think they're going to take care of the Raiders or take care of the Dolphins on the ground. So, I like the Raiders in this one covering. I really like the minus two and a half better and maybe pairing it with player prop or just taking the minus three and a half even.

I think they can cover that. Next, we have the Commanders at the Eagles. I think the Commanders are going to really struggle this year. So, I'm leaning towards the Eagles minus 5 and a half in this. I don't even mind laying the five and a half or taking them on the money line paired with something else. I'm hearing good things about Jaylen Herz and his leadership this off season. I think getting rid of AJ Brown was a great move by the Eagles. I think he was really affecting Herz mentally whether he came out and said it or not. Think of it when you when you got a quarterback and you have a receiver that just is causing drama and problems.

You constantly are walking on eggshells around him, it's going to affect things. We'll see how Mai Lemon looks. I know he's struggling with injuries in training camp. They don't they did lose some size at receiver losing AJ Brown, but I still like the Eagles in this one. I think they can take care of the Commanders. Then we have the Dallas Cowboys at the Giants. And I like the Cowboys minus two and a half on the road in this one or taking them on the money line. I think the Cowboys are going to be really good this year. Getting hard ball though first game poaching the Giants. I thought that was a great hire.

We'll see how the Giants look. They definitely, you know, having Jackson Dart and Cam Scataboo. It definitely they definitely have a chip on their shoulder and can turn some heads. And I know they want to turn some heads, but I still like the Cowboys on this one in the money line or minus 2 and a half spread. And then Monday night, we have the Broncos at the Kansas City Chiefs. I kind of like the Broncos plus 124 on the money line in this one. I think the Broncos are going to be really good uh this year. Knicks, Shawn Payeyton. They're just a really good quarterback coach combo. They've got a really good defense.

We'll see how Mahomes looks. It seems like he's he's healthy and is looking good. good. They brought in Kenneth Walker at running back. So, I really like that move. I could see this one going either way. I don't know if I'll end up playing a side, but if I had to, I'd probably go with the Broncos plus three or even taking them on the money line in this one.
