Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Cancel Anytime, No Further Charges
Not for you? Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again.
Cancel in a few clicks from Settings. Your access continues to the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and nothing bills after that. The sections below set out the full policy.
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee.
•
Cancel from Settings, under Billing, or email support@datastreak.com from the address on your account.
•
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until that date, and nothing is charged after it.
•
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, manage or cancel the subscription in that store instead - those purchases are billed by the store, not by us.
2. Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not reverse a charge that has already been made, and you keep the access you paid for until the period ends.
Nothing in this policy affects rights you may have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
3. Trial
All new subscriptions include a 7-day trial for $1. The $1 activation fee is non-refundable. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged the recurring subscription price.
4. Annual Plans
Annual plans work the same way. You can turn off renewal at any time and the next year never bills. If you cancel part-way through a term, your access continues through the remainder of that term; part periods are not refunded.
